Scope
This policy applies to NIGIRISE, an offline sushi restaurant management game.
Data stored on your device
The app saves your restaurant name, progress, menus, inventory, business results, fictional customer records, and sound and animation preferences on your device so you can save and resume play. The app has no feature that automatically uploads this data to our servers. It is not a tool for storing records about real restaurant customers.
Random identifiers distinguish your local player, restaurant, and save. They are stored on your device and are not derived from your name, email address, or advertising identifier. This version does not transmit them or use them as login credentials.
Ads, analytics, and accounts
This version does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. No game account is required. The app does not track you for advertising.
Support requests
The contact button opens your email app. It does not automatically attach saves or screenshots. You decide whether to send a message and what to include. We use the email address, display name, message, and attachments you send to answer your request, investigate problems, and maintain a support history. Please do not send passwords or payment card numbers.
We process support messages through our email service provider. We keep them for as long as needed to handle support, then delete information that is no longer needed, subject to legal retention or dispute-resolution requirements. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us, contact the address above. We may need to verify that the request is yours.
Apple services
Distribution, payment, operating-system diagnostics, and TestFlight feedback use Apple services. We use sales and usage reports provided by Apple and problem reports shared by users for sales administration and product improvement. Apple's handling of information is described in its privacy policy:
Storage and deletion
Game data is stored locally. The app does not provide its own cloud sync or server-based save recovery. You can remove the app's local data by using Delete App in iOS. Offload App may preserve data. Manage data in operating-system backups through Apple's settings. We cannot remotely read or delete saves stored on your device.
Changes
We will update this policy when features or data practices change and provide notice in the app or another appropriate place when needed.
